Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We use Royal Mail for all U.K orders so if you get in touch, we can tell you the status of your order no problem.

Tracked delivery - Royal Mail - £8

We’ll supply you with a tracking number when we ship your order so you know exactly where it’s at. Have a look at the Royal Mail shipping times to your country here or get in touch with us and we’ll be able to give you a delivery timeline.

Returns

If you change your mind about your order, no problem at all - we can accept a return with 14 days of you receiving your bag. All items must be returned as new in the original packaging for us to accept and process the return for you.

We don’t offer a free return shipping service so the delivery charge will be with yourself to return your item back to us safely.
